    Under the hood

The details that decide a Friday night.

Manager overrides with a paper trail

Voids, comps, refunds, price changes and big discounts ask for a manager PIN — and every one lands in an audit log with who, when, on which terminal and why.

    One HQ, many locations

Per-location menus, prices, taxes, printers and staff — with consolidated reporting and stock transfers between stores.

    Inventory that counts itself

Sales deduct stock automatically. Receive purchase orders, log waste, run counts and get low-stock alerts.

    Schedules & time clock

Staff clock in with their PIN, breaks are tracked, and labor cost sits right next to sales.

Online, QR and API orders land in the same queue

Website, table-QR and third-party orders are priced from your catalog, appear on every terminal and fire to the kitchen like any other ticket.

    Customers, loyalty & gift cards

Profiles with order history and notes, points that earn automatically, store credit and gift cards redeemable at the register.

    Hardware

    Your printers already work.

USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth — on Windows, Mac, Android or iPad. PBIS POS picks the right path for each printer: Star CloudPRNT, Epson Server Direct Print, ePOS, or our lightweight print bridge.

    Questions

    Straight answers.

Yes. Once a terminal has opened the POS, it keeps your menu, prices, taxes and staff PINs locally. You can keep taking orders, firing tickets to network or USB printers and accepting cash. Everything syncs when you reconnect, with built-in protection against duplicate orders and payments. Card payments need a connection to your card processor.

PBIS POS integrates with Stripe Terminal smart readers (such as the BBPOS WisePOS E and Stripe Reader S700), which connect over the internet and work from any browser — including iPad and Android. You can also record payments taken on an external terminal.

Most likely. We support Epson TM-U220B, TM-T88III, TM-T88IV, TM-T88V and TM-m30II, plus Star TSP100, TSP743IIU-24, TSP650II and TSP600 over USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, using the most reliable path for each model and device.

Yes. Each location has its own menu prices, taxes, printers, terminals and staff assignments, and owners get consolidated reporting across all locations.

Always. Reports export to CSV from the back office, and a full account export is available on request at any time — your data is yours.

Pick a plan to continue. If you don't, your account pauses after a grace period — your data stays put and comes back the moment you subscribe.

Open the doors on PBIS POS.

Bring your menu, we'll bring the rest. Most venues are live the same week.
