How printing works
Browsers can't talk to every printer. So we don't make them.
Each printer is assigned the most reliable route for its model and your devices. Every ticket has a unique ID, is retried until the printer confirms it, and reroutes to a fallback printer if one goes down.
Direct network
Epson ePOS-capable printers accept tickets straight from the terminal over your local network, even if the internet is down.
Print Bridge
A tiny agent for Windows and macOS that drives USB, Ethernet and Bluetooth/serial printers — perfect for older Epson and Star models.
Mobile & USB
Android tablets print over USB from Chrome. Bluetooth Star printers print from iPad and Android through Star PassPRNT.
Card readers
